Over the last three decades, she has honed her positive reinforcement techniques, developing a proven system that has successfully rehabilitated thousands of dogs facing intricate behavioural challenges. Kelly’s philosophy is rooted in customization; she understands that no universal training model can address the unique needs of each individual dog.

From an early age, Kelly absorbed invaluable insights into canine body language during her time at her stepfather’s veterinary clinic. Later, her experience assessing incoming strays and owner-surrendered dogs at the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA further refined her intuitive skillset. With no owner present to provide context, Kelly honed her ability to ‘read’ dogs, significantly contributing to her expertise in determining the most effective path to behavioural success.
